    • Keep your personal information data for 2 years after a certificate's expiry date, after which we will delete your data

    Use and disclosure of information collected:

    • 365 Safety Training Company, like many internet and catalogue retailers, employs other companies, individuals, and 3rd party software or web applications to perform specific functions on our behalf. Examples include processing of registration forms, fulfilling orders, delivery of packages, mail and email, address hygiene, credit card processing services, or research that improves the quality of services or offers provided to you.
    • These providers have access to the information that they require to perform their functions but are prohibited by us from using that information for any other purposes. You may, however, “opt-out” of this use of your information at any time by emailing us at SayHello@365training.ca, but doing so may impair our ability to provide you with proper service and to process your orders (such as the certificate verification function). By doing that, you are forfeiting your certificate of completion and your training record with us become obsolete.
    • If we are required to respond to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, your personal information may be disclosed, possibly without notice to you.
