REFUND POLICY


By submitting your payment, you agree to our refund policy as per the below:

365 Safety Training may cancel courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen instructor emergencies.


In case the above happens, participants have the option to reschedule for free or receive a full refund.


365 Safety Training reserves the right to reschedule classes at its discretion.


Refunds are only applicable within the timelines outlined below:


[Full refunds] for booking cancellations made at least 10 business days before the session starts.


[50% refunds] for booking cancellations made at least 7 business days before the session starts.


[NO refunds] for same week/day cancellations or no-shows.


If the new rescheduled date is not suitable, participants may choose to reschedule to another one of our upcoming public training sessions.
