Our Burnaby, BC main office is not open to the public.

Can I get a full refund?
⚫Booking cancellations are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 10 days before the start of a session.
⚫Booking cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the start of a session.
No-shows and same week/day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

My name was misspelled, or can I change my personal information?

How long is my certification valid for?
Certification validity periods vary among the different course. Please check the course page relevant to you inquiry for details on certification validity periods.

I failed a course, now what?
Participants who are unable to demonstrate the required skills contained within the course or fail the written theory test can be issued a letter of participation.
This letter outlines that they have participated in a course and have gained valuable knowledge; however, they were unsuccessful in obtaining certification and the participants MUST register or enroll in another course should they wish to pursue certification again.
