◙ 365 Safety Training may cancel courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen instructor emergencies.
◙ In case the above happens, participants have the option to reschedule for free or receive a full refund.
◙ 365 Safety Training reserves the right to reschedule classes at its discretion.
◙ Refunds are only applicable within the timelines outlined below:
◙ [Full refunds] for booking cancellations made at least 10 business days before the session starts.
◙ [50% refunds] for booking cancellations made at least 7 business days before the session starts.
◙ [NO refunds] for same week/day cancellations or no-shows.
◙ If the new rescheduled date is not suitable, participants may choose to reschedule to another one of our upcoming public training sessions.
