    This CPR/AED course covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for recognizing and responding to cardiovascular emergencies and choking in adults, children, and infants. 


    Covering essential CPR techniques and protocols, equipping you with the necessary skills to perform chest compressions, provide rescue breaths, and use automated external defibrillators (AEDs) correctly. 


    Through interactive demonstrations, hands-on practice, and scenario-based training, you will gain the confidence to respond effectively in a variety of emergency situations.

Here are answers to some common questions regarding the asbestos certification and our asbestos training programs. 

  • What is the minimum class size for a private booking?

    Minimum class size for a private booking is 6 participants

  • Can I book a private training session with less than 6 participants?

    Yes, you can book a training session with less than 6 participants. However, you will be charged for 6 students in total.

  • WHAT ARE LEVEL (A) & LEVEL (C) FIRST AID COURSES?

    CPR-A & CPR-C cover the same exact topics, however, the core focus is different as per the below:

    • LEVEL-A: Adults only.
    • LEVEL-C: Adults, Children, and Infants.

    By default, our first aid course participants choose LEVEL-C as it is much broader. 

  • Do all first aid courses cover automated external defibrillators (aeds)?

    Yes. All the first aid courses offered by us cover and include AED training as well. 

  • Is purchasing the books mandatory?

    No, It is not mandatory. 


    Each student will be provided with an Ipad containing all the learning materials in-class..

  • What's included in a first aid training course?

  • What should students bring to a first aid training class?

    We recommend that you bring the following to this class:


    • Your lunch & snacks
    • Knee pads

  • Who should attend a first aid training course?

    Anyone who works or intends to work with Adults, Children, & Infant as part of their job responsibilities should attend a first aid training course. 


    WorkSafeBC may order any workplace to have certified & designated first aid personnel.

  • Why is first aid training important?

    • Saves lives by restoring blood circulation and breathing during cardiac arrest or medical emergencies.
    • Enables individuals to respond promptly and confidently in critical situations.
    • Acts as a bridge between the occurrence of an incident and the arrival of professional medical help.

  • Is first aid training a one-time requirement?

    No, refresher training is required every 3 years. 

  • Can I obtain a certification after completing the cpr training?

    Yes, upon successful completion of a CPR training course, you will receive a certification from the red cross by email. It usually takes 4 weeks for the certificate to arrive in your inbox.
