About This Notice

Someone may be registering you for training with 365 Safety. If another person or organization is registering you, they are required to have your authorization to provide your personal information to 365 Safety and to provide you with this Notice before submitting your registration.

How Your Registration Information Is Used

365 Safety uses the information provided in your registration to administer your training, send essential service communications, maintain registration, attendance and completion records, issue your 365 Safety Record of Completion, support third-party verification of its authenticity and validity, and provide limited booking and completion information to the Booking Holder where applicable.

Essential Email Communications

Your Primary Email is used for registration confirmations, training instructions, learning materials, reminders, schedule changes, support communications and delivery of your 365 Safety Record of Completion.

These communications are required to administer your training and are not marketing.

Booking Holder Access to Your Information

Where another person or organization booked your training, the Booking Holder may receive your name, selected training date/session, registration status, attendance or no-show status, pass/fail or assessment status where applicable, and your available 365 Safety Record of Completion.

Your 365 Safety Record of Completion

After successful completion of the applicable training requirements, 365 Safety issues you a Record of Completion.

Every 365 Safety Record of Completion is a verifiable credential. Third-party verification allows employers, prospective employers and other legitimate recipients of a Record of Completion presented to them to determine whether the credential is authentic and valid and helps protect against altered, fabricated or fraudulent credentials.

Participation Conditions

Participation in training is subject to the applicable Participant Code of Conduct and the training, attendance, safety, technology, assessment, examination where applicable, and certification requirements communicated by 365 Safety.

These requirements form part of the conditions under which the training is provided. If you have questions or concerns about an applicable requirement, contact 365 Safety before attending or participating.

Questions, Corrections or Unauthorized Registration

If another person registered you and you did not authorize the registration, if information submitted about you is inaccurate, or if you have a privacy concern, contact 365 Safety promptly.
